BROOKSIDE CHARTER SCHOOL requests bids for Internet Access for all sites based on lit fiber optic speeds from 2 - 5Gbps. Please note that BROOKSIDE anticipates that special construction may be required at some sites. Interested vendors MUST research to determine whether any special construction is needed, and MUST include the cost of any special construction charges in bid per site quoted.
BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 4, 2025 (28 DAYS) BY 5PM CENTRAL. ALL BIDS AND QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO ERATE@BROOKSIDECHARTER.ORG. Bids submitted in any other manner will be discarded. Phone calls will not be accepted. BROOKSIDE will accept bids for 1, 3, and 5 year terms of service. All bids and resulting contracts must include two voluntary extensions of 12 months each.
