In accordance with (IAW) RFO 12.202: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov – Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through the RFO as applicable.


All offerors must provide products found on the DOD Information Network Approved Products List.


Quotes are due to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist listed in the attached RFQ by 3:00PM MDT, 15 September 2026.
