Budget Business Process Implementation Improvement

The Contractor shall analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating as-is process scopes, objectives, and steps. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, integrating new and improved processes with existing ones. Apply process improvement methodologies and structured approaches to effect process modernization and quality improvement efforts with an understanding of technical problems and solutions related to the current and future business environment. Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements to automate the most time-consuming tasks, those that cause friction, and those that provide the most significant value.
