The Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation (BPWTC) invites proposals for the construction, installation, and commissioning of a new fluorosilicic acid (FSA) storage and dosing system at the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant. The system will be installed in a new room within the existing chemical building. The base design is complete. Proponents must deliver all required civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, and control work in accordance with the Contract Documents, including supply and installation of a double-walled FSA tank and dosing system, tie-ins to existing processes, equipment relocation, and removal of existing FSA piping. Testing, commissioning, training, and environmental protection measures are included. The Site is located approximately 33 km northeast of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, along Highway 301. All RFP documents are provided in a single PDF file and can be accessed using the Attachments (paperclip) function in standard PDF readers. A mandatory site visit will be held on May 5, 2026
