This pre-solicitation is the synopsis for a sealed bid solicitation for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico for removing and replacing the flat roof and flashing of Building 1062. Please review the solicitation document for the date and time of the site visit and the required information that must be submitted to attend the site visit. The deadline to submit questions and request for information (RFI) for this requirement is 2:00PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) 22 August 2018. Questions and RFI submitted after the deadline may not be answered or acknowledged. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. The solicitation will be made immediately, this requirement shall been set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 - Roofing Contractors, the size standard is $15 Million. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
