This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number FA489726Q0031 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


This solicitation is to provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and insurance necessary to apply two (2) coats of latex paint across 107 dormitory rooms to include their bathrooms and 2 stairwells located on the ends of the dormitory facility across approximately 81,000 sq ft of walls and ceilings for building 2422. No furniture will be present in the rooms. There are no design requirements for this project. Please review all attachments thoroughly.


A site visit will be offered by request on 9 September 2026 at 10:00 AM MDT. If your company wishes to attend, please email both points of contact on this solicitation post by 2:00 PM MDT on 8 September 2026. If no responses are received expressing interest to attend the site visit, the site visit will be canceled.
