Full Description

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 413 Asbestos Encapsulate SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: a. Contractor shall assure the flooring surface is securely bonded with the existing finishes removed completely to include any debris and cleaned to create a surface for the product to adhere properly. b. The contractor shall also scrub the surface with Tri-sodium Phosphate (TSP) solution or electric dishwasher detergent and hot water. c. After scrubbing the surface with the cleaning solution, the contractor shall rinse with clean water and allow to dry. d. Contractor shall apply a continuous skim coat of mortar over the prepared surface which will completely seal the area. 3. REQUIRED SUBMITTALS: a. Submittals required for all items listed below: i.
