Building Automation System (BAS) preventive maintenance services

The US Embassy in Brazzaville is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for its Building Automation System (BAS), with a base period of one year and four one-year options, potentially extending the contract to a maximum of five years and six months.
