Building System Controls Services

The State of Nevada, through the Office of Emergency Management, has issued solicitation 43ADG-S3979 for Building System Controls Services to support the Office of the Military. The contract seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Building Automation System (BAS) services, including labor, materials, programming, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and documentation for HVAC and building equipment controls across multiple locations in Nevada. The primary objective is to maintain BAS functionality, maximize energy efficiency, and ensure operational safety and compliance. The contract term is set for four years beginning January 1, 2027, with options for two additional one-year renewals. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the NevadaEPro portal by September 15, 2026. Award evaluations will be based on technical capability, experience, system compatibility, project management, and cost. Vendors are required to provide maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and operational support, while adhering to safety and access protocols for National Guard property.
