The 55th Contracting Squadron is seeking small business vendors to provide bulk liquid medical oxygen delivery, refill, and tank rental services at the 55th Medical Group on Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The requirement calls for the rental of a minimum 900-gallon Liquid Oxygen Storage Vessel equipped with an 8-cylinder medical oxygen manifold system, alongside ongoing refills of medical-grade liquid oxygen as needed. The vendor must supply all transportation, labor, parts, tools, and maintenance required to ensure continuous operation, with a minimum 99% system uptime and rapid response to service requests.
