The item must be delivered FOB origin within 20 days of order receipt, with a required delivery date of August 5, 2026, to the USNS HECTOR A CAFFERATA (ESB-8) at 8511 Kerns Street Dock 5, San Diego, CA 92154. Shipment must be traceable, with parcel post explicitly prohibited.
