AI Contract Overview
The contract solicits the procurement of 407 units of a bushing sleeve, NSN/Part Number 3120-01-097-0945, with a delivery timeline set at 128 days after the award date. It is issued by the Department of Defense’s ASC Commodities Division and is intended to be performed in Cherry Point, North Carolina. Key compliance requirements include adherence to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 standards and tailored higher-level quality requirements for both manufacturers and non-manufacturers. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin, and all documentation must comply with strict source approval requests and technical quality standards as outlined by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The contract emphasizes controlled handling of export-controlled technical data subject to ITAR and EAR regulations, restricting distribution to certified contractors with specific training and approvals. Packaging must meet DLA procurement standards, and configuration changes require formal engineering change proposals. Additionally, government identification must be removed from non-accepted supplies per contract requirements. Item Unique Identification is not necessary as per customer request, with all terms governed by applicable Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses. The solicitation is open for response until June 4, 2026, and the primary point of contact is a designated DLA representative.
