Solicitation SPE4A6-27-T-5786 is a fixed-price request for quotations issued by the DLA Weapons Support ASC Commodities Division for the procurement of 83 sleeve bushings (NSN 3120-01-111-3599). The contract requires delivery within 138 days after order (ADO) to DLA Distribution San Diego, with both inspection and acceptance occurring at the point of origin. While this is not a small business set-aside, a price evaluation preference is available for certified HUBZone concerns. Offerors must submit quotes via the DIBBS portal and utilize the Wide Area WorkFlow system for electronic invoicing and receiving reports. The procurement is subject to stringent technical and quality standards, including compliance with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001. Specific packaging requirements mandate that each sleeve be wrapped in neutral paper and comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129 for marking. Due to the nature of the technical data, the contract is subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, requiring contractors to have approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification. Additionally, the contract mandates adherence to the Buy American Act and the Berry Amendment, requires CMMC Level 2 certification, and prohibits the use of additive manufacturing unless specifically authorized.
