Task-Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: DND/Digital Transformation Office (DTO)
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following stream(s):

Description of the Requirement:
This requirement is:
Department of National Defence / Digital Transformation Office (DTO) requires a revised Analytics Support Center (ASC) Services Inventory that is both ambitious regarding future analytics-based services but also respectful of the L1s (Level 1) and their resourcing within DND. The Inventory as it currently stands, is out of date and overly complex, with no general cohesive approach to service delivery using the ‘’Hub and spoke’’ model. With DTO input and approval, the contractor will conduct interviews with each L1 to create a new and updated list of services to better suit L1 needs and resourcing constraints. The contractor will also gauge the appetite for additional analytics governance through specific questions, including an assessment of ASCs’ role within and relationship to the DND/CAF Data Governance Framework (DGF). The contractor will also pay special consideration to the Treasury Board Directive on Service and Digital and its embedded list of services. The contractor will later provide a revised Service Inventory for L1 assessment and feedback, as well as recommendations on integrating ASCs into the DND/CAF Data Stewardship Model.
The contract is envisioned to be six (6) months in length with an option to extend.
