PLEASE NOTE: This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:
The estimated level of effort required per year:
One (1) resource: Business Consultant: 200 days
Option year 1: One (1) resource: Business Consultant: 180 days
Option year 2: One (1) resource: Business Consultant: 48 days
Option year 3: One (1) resource: Business Consultant: 48 days
The Public Health Agency of Canada has a requirement for one Business Consultant to support the strategic implementation of a comprehensive Business Intelligence solution for multiple internal stakeholders. This solution aims to fully integrate relevant data governance, data modeling, and advanced analytics approaches and tools. The consultant will also play a vital role in supporting the implementation strategy to achieve DCFO's goals and business interests, including the seamless integration of results reporting within the Business Intelligence strategy. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for identifying any gaps and conducting investigations into emerging technologies, as required.
The TBIPS Level 3 B.3 Business Consultant will be required “on an as and when needed” basis over a period of one (year) with an additional three (3) one year Option Periods. Task Authorizations (TAs) will be issued against Service Outline Agreements to support the various Public Health Agency of Canada initiatives.
