Business Internet Access - Wifi Services at Kapaun Air Station

This is a Notice of intent to issue a purchase order to TKS Telepost Kabel-Service Kaiserslautern, Altes Forsthaus 2, 67661, Kaiserslautern, Germany on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for business internet access (wifi services) as a follow-on for the existing NCOA Wifi internet service contract at Building 2789, Kapaun Air Station, Germany. The current infrastructure with all of the connections is owned in its entirety by TKS Telepost Kabel-Service Kaiserslautern and is not open for lease. The government is only procuring internet services and not infrastructure. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
