Business process consultants Level 1,2 & 3

This bid solicitation is being issued for the requirement of Business process consultants Level 1,2 & 3 for CIHR’s PO - Finance and Administration under the TSPS task-based supply arrangements (SAs) via the method of supply for non-information technology (IT) requirements valued at or above the Canada Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA) threshold (including taxes, travel and living, amendments, etc.). The work to be performed is detailed under Annex “A” Statement of Work. It is intended to result in the award of up to 1 (one) contract for 5 (five) years. The initial period of any resulting contract will be from contract award to one (1) year later. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions. The selection will be based on the highest responsive combined rating of technical merit and price. The ratio will be 80 % for the technical merit and 20 % for the price Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #01 applies.
