Bystrum Area – Phase 1 Strengthen & Replace Water Mains

The City of Modesto Utilities Department is soliciting bids for Project No. 2026-15, the Bystrum Area Phase 1 Strengthen and Replace Water Mains project. Upon award, the successful contractor must provide performance and payment bonds for 100 percent of the total cost, as well as a warranty bond for 10 percent of the improvements to guarantee work for one year. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage requirements, provide certifications for fair employment and non-discrimination, and be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations.
