The contract will be awarded to McIntosh Safe Corporation. Market research was conducted and it is determined that this set of circumstances deem only one source is reasonably available in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b). All responsible sources that believe they can meet this requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested sources must respond in via email with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required supplies/services prior to anticipated award on 13 April 2025. Existence of the Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. However, the Ombudsman does not participate in the preparation of solicitations, the evaluation of proposals or the source selection process; therefore, for matters on individual solicitations, please contact the Contract Specialists.
