This contract action is for a five-year IDIQ for Contract Logistics Support (CLS) services for the C-40A fleet of aircraft during the period of 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2031. Performance-based CLS is necessary to ensure the operational capabilities for the use and sustainment of the United States Navy (USN) and United States Marine Corps (USMC) C-40A aircraft. CLS activities include Main Operating Base (MOB) Logistics and Material Support; Field Team and Detachment Support; Scheduled and Unscheduled Depot Level Aircraft and Component Maintenance, Modification, and Repair; Commercial Line Maintenance (CLM); and Scheduled and Unscheduled O-Level and Depot Level Support Equipment (SE) Maintenance, Modification, and Repair.
