This procurement for Architect-Engineer IDIQ Services supporting the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 6, covering North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado, has undergone a significant change in competition status. Originally open for full and open competition, the requirement is now totally set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small businesses and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) small business concerns. Due to this change, the original announcement has been superseded by two separate solicitations: 601815R161 for HUBZone firms and 601815R162 for SDVO firms. Firms that have already submitted an SF-330 must acknowledge the applicable new solicitation number in writing to Contracting Officer Aileen Y. China. Those wishing to have their SF-330 returned may do so by submitting a written request via fax or email.
