This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). NAICS is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The AFFTC/PKEE, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking the following, C-Band Mini Tester (Includes Tester and Battery Charger) P/N AY97650-4 or equal, which meets the minimum requirement: Receiver Frequency: 5.4 GHz to 5.9 GHz Frequency Adjustment: Continuous, manually tuned Environmental Temperature: Operating: 0 C to +50 C Storage: -20 C to +65 C Transmitter Frequency: 5.4 GHz to 5.9 GHz Frequency Adjustment: 1.0 MHz steps Frequency Stability: +/- 5 MHz Pulse Width: 0.5 sec +/- 0.1 sec Power Output: > 3 Watts PGRF: 500 Hz (fixed) Pulse Code Spacing: 2 sec to 16 sec in 1.0 sec steps, or single pulse Power Requirements Power Source: Internal rechargeable battery with separate plug-in charger Battery Life: Minimum 4 hours with 1 test per minute Carrying Case Programming Set: Shall provide PC Interface to set the following parameters in C-Band Products: Transmit Frequency Receive Frequency Reply Delay Pulse Mode Pulse Decode Spacing Requires a C-Band Transponder/Beacon Programming and mini-tester programming. - P/N AY97650-4 C-Band Mini Tester(including tester and battery charger) or equal - QTY 6 - P/N AY97880 C-Band Programming Set or equal - QTY 3 - P/N A112040 Carrying Case or equal - QTY 6 Items must be delivered to Edwards AFB, CA 93524.
