This special notice is to notify all vendors of the NHANG's intent to acquire Annual and Technical Support for the 4925 RFFE system through Black River Systems Company. See Sole Source justification below and attached. Quotes are not being requested at this time.


In accordance with the NGB A4S Memo dated 07 June 2024, all NINJA 4925 RFFE Retrofits shall be acquired directly through Black River Systems Company. Black River Systems Company is thus the only vendor capable of providing technical support on their proprietary system.
