Solicitation FA448426Q0048 is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide the 621st Contingency Response Group with low-profile Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-sUAS) and associated peripherals. The initial requirement consists of 12 C-sUAS systems, four passive RF detect, track, and identify capabilities, four portable electronic warfare (EW) defeat capabilities, and four kinetic defeat capability peripherals. The contract includes options for an additional 42 C-sUAS systems and 14 units each of the RF detection, EW defeat, and kinetic defeat peripherals. These man-portable and wearable systems are designed to protect personnel and airfield infrastructure in contested environments by detecting Group 1 and Group 2 UAS and providing layered disruption and defeat options. Award will be determined using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures, where technical acceptability is evaluated on a pass/fail basis. The successful contractor must deliver the equipment to McGuire AFB, New Jersey, within 180 days of the award notice. Key requirements include compliance with MIL-STD-130 for unique item identification and adherence to strict security and antiterrorism protocols at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Invoicing must be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. All proposed equipment must meet the technical specifications outlined in the Statement of Work, including specific frequency spectrum coverage and integration with the Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK).
