This contract provides maintenance, software upgrades, and technical support, including configuration and installation of network equipment, for a wide range of data communications equipment manufacturers at sites across the State of New York. ITS released a competitive solicitation RFP C000761 for Remote Field Support Services & Network Equipment Maintenance on February 1, 2024, to replace the current contract C000475 with ConvergeOne. However, this short-term extension is necessary to ensure no interruption in services until C000761 is in place. Although this request is to extend contract C000475 until June 1, 2025, ITS reserves the right to terminate early for convenience if the new C000761 contract is approved. This six (6) month extension has no additional request for funding. Please be aware that the New York State Contract Reporter notice regarding the extension of C000475- ConvergeOne, Inc. is not a new opportunity, but simply an extension for technical support under this current and existing contract.
