GRANITE BASES FOR OUTDOOR DISPLAY STRUCTURES REQUIREMENT: The Capital Interpretation and Commemoration group (CIC) of the department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) requires fourteen (14) custom granite base units to support outdoor image display structures commissioned by PCH-CIC.
