05 FEBRUARY 2026 UPDATE:  The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Leonard Wood, MO intends to issue a solicitation to acquire Command and Control (C2) Digital and Simulation Support services.   A Request for Proposals (RFQ) will be posted under Solicitation Number W911S7-25-R-A015 on or after 18 February 2026.  The PWS will be published with the RFQ.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Leonard Wood, MO intends to issue a solicitation to acquire Command and Control (C2) Digital and Simulation Support services. 


The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611430, Professional and Management Developmental Training with a small business size standard not to exceed $15 million.  The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is U012, Education/Training-Information Technology/Telecommunications Training. The place of contract performance is Ft. Leonard Wood, MO 65473.


This acquisition will be a total 8(a) Small Business Concern set-aside. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) optional periods of one (1) year each.


The Contractor shall support all digital training instruction and event support occurring within the desingated complex in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which will include the scope of work, instructions, and descriptions of the work that shall be performed.


A Request for Proposals (RFQ) will be posted under Solicitation Number W911S7-25-R-A015 on or after 15 October 2025.  The PWS will be published with the RFQ.
