Perform historical restoration of the roofing on the Bunkhouse building located at Wilder Ranch State Park in Santa Cruz County, California, it being understood that the main roofing materials for the project (shingles, cedar breather, cap sheet, and 3/4" sheathing) shall be furnished by Santa Cruz District and are excluded from the project bid, and that project scheduling shall be subject to material availability and weather conditions.
