Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to pick up refuse waste and dispose of it completely from designated areas of Columbia and Railtown 1897 State Historic Parks in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and such addenda thereto may be issued prior to bid opening date. JOB WALK is not mandatory. Contractors may contact the Project Manager at each park with questions pertaining to the job walk or to schedule a job walk: Tom Vogt in Columbia SHP at (209)768-3619 or thomas.vogt@parks.ca.gov and Kyle Roberson in Railtown 1897 at (209) 501-3853 or kyle.roberson@parks.ca.gov. INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD BID PACKAGE: Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bid forms, specifications, plans and addenda (if any) by downloading the bid package from the Department of General Services¿ (DGS) website at: https://caleprocure.ca.gov/pages/Events-BS3/event-search.aspx.
