Full Description

The Contractor shall provide Trench Shoring Equipment Rental Services, on an as-needed basis, and shall be required to deliver all requested equipment listed on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet and/or Published Price List to the jobsite within 24 hours of telephone or email notification by the CTR Site Supervisor. The CDCR is under no obligation to rent specific equipment listed herein.
The Contractor shall supply a hard copy of their Published Price List, from which the CTR Site Supervisor may rent any equipment not listed in Exhibit B-1, at the published price rate. The published price list submitted shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Exhibit B-2, Published Price List and made a part of this Agreement by reference only. Rental equipment requested from the Contractor¿s published price list must be provided within 72 hours of request. If the rates on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, exceed the rates on the Contractor¿s Published Price List, less ten percent (10%), the Contractor shall charge CDCR based on the lower equipment rate. All prices shall be firm for the entire Agreement term.
