Full Description

The requirement is for: 1) 12-month business class service contract with a minimum of cable for six standard cable boxes and four HD cable boxes; and 2) 12-month internet service. The monthly service charge will be based on a 12-month contract agreement. The total custom installation and construction fees will be individually priced. The requirement will be installed and serviced inside of the delivery location to the delivery point of contact (DPOC) or his/her designated representative, to a point in the building as directed; set up, installed and maintained; and debris cleaned up, including removal of all packing materials by the contractor to the following delivery location: Burr Ridge Conference Center 7040 High Grove Blvd Burr Ridge, IL 60527 It is requested that the requirement be delivered to the location listed above no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of order award. The Cable and Internet service is required for one year after installation. The contract shall include three (3) one-year options to renew services upon completion of the initial one-year period.
