AI Contract Overview
The contract specifies the procurement of ten power cable assemblies with the NSN 6150-01-648-8144 under solicitation SPE4A6-26-T-12ET, with a delivery deadline of 231 days from award. Technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with compliance determined by the revision in effect on the solicitation issue date or award date, depending on the acquisition size. Packaging must adhere to DLA standards, and all items must be physically marked per RQ017, with government identification removed from non-accepted supplies as mandated by RQ011. Inspection and acceptance must occur at the manufacturer’s origin per RQ009, and sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise stated, with attributes classified as critical, major, or minor and assigned corresponding verification levels or AQLs. Export control is strictly enforced due to technical data subject to ITAR or EAR, prohibiting any disclosure to foreign persons, including foreign nationals in the U.S., and requiring contractors to hold a valid US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification, complete mandatory DOD training, and receive DLA approval prior to accessing controlled data under DFARS 252.225-7048. The point of contact for inquiries is Marcita Robinson, and the place of performance is New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, with the procurement managed by the Department of Defense’s ASC Commodities Division.
