This contract is for the procurement of a single unit of an Amphenol cable assembly (NSN 5995-01-526-2576, P/N UFB293C-0-0150-70U70U) intended for a critical application. The delivery is required within five days to the USS James E. Williams DDG 95 at an FPO AE 09575 address. The contract mandates compliance with detailed Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) packaging, marking, and quality assurance standards, including MIL-STD-129 for marking, MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging, and MIL-PRF-23199E for preservation. The sampling and inspection methods are to align with MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, emphasizing zero acceptance for nonconformances unless otherwise specified. Critical quality and technical requirements from the DLA Master List apply, and there are strict prohibitions against the use or incidental contact with mercury unless specifically exempted. Security and cybersecurity requirements include adherence to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 self-assessment. Identification and traceability marking must be in place as this is a critical application item. Shipment instructions specify the use of the fastest traceable means, excluding parcel post, with emphasis on specific transportation procedures noted by the Defense Logistics Agency. The contract is issued under solicitation SPE4A0-26-T-2640, with the point of contact provided for further coordination. All physical identification, packaging, and delivery conditions are tightly controlled to ensure compliance with DoD and DLA standards at the destination point.
