This contract is for the procurement of a specialized cable assembly, identified by NSN/Part Number 6150-01-533-6208, with a quantity of eight units. The solicitation was issued by the Department of Defense’s ASC Commodities Division, with delivery expected within 209 days at a performance location in New Cumberland. The contract emphasizes compliance with a range of technical, quality, and packaging standards, including sampling and inspection protocols per MIL-STD-1916 and related quality assurance provisions. It mandates adherence to configuration change management, source approval requests, and export control regulations under ITAR and EAR, restricting data access to authorized contractors who meet specific certification and training requirements. The contract also integrates cybersecurity requirements, necessitating Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 compliance either through third-party assessment or self-assessment, and incorporates detailed marking and identification standards for supplied items. The award process and technical documentation rely on the most current DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, ensuring consistency with the solicitation date rules. Key points include strict export controls on technical data, zero-tolerance for non-conformances during sampling, and defined acceptance criteria reflecting criticality levels of attributes. The designated point of contact is a DLA representative available for communications related to the solicitation.
