The contract entails the procurement of a specific cable assembly identified by NSN 5995-01-619-7724, with a quantity of one unit to be delivered within 20 days to Fort Stewart, Georgia. The contract follows stringent technical and quality requirements outlined in the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) master list and incorporates standards such as MIL-STD-1916 for sampling, MIL-STD-129 for marking, and MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging. The cable assembly must comply with cybersecurity requirements including a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 Self-Assessment. Packaging and palletization are regulated by DLA packaging requirements, ensuring traceability and proper handling with shipment required to be via traceable means and not parcel post. Inspection and acceptance points are at the destination, with zero tolerance for non-conformances in sample lots unless otherwise specified. The contract also mandates removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies and requires physical identification marking on the bare item. The contract is managed by the Department of Defense’s ASC Supplier Operations for AE and AF Divisions, with Denise Prince serving as the primary point of contact. Delivery and shipping instructions emphasize compliance with origin FOB terms and detailed handling procedures to ensure timely and secure delivery to the specified military distribution center at Fort Stewart.
