This solicitation, issued by the Department of Defense's ASC Commodities Division under solicitation number SPE4A6-26-U-2581, requires compliance with strict export control regulations. The contract's handling of sensitive technical data is governed by DFARS 252.225-7048, ensuring that both U.S. and foreign national employees within authorized companies adhere to these export control mandates.
