This contract is a solicitation for the procurement of two cable assemblies, identified by NSN 5995-01-692-7565, with a required delivery timeframe of 20 days after receipt of order. Issued by the Department of Defense under the ASC Commodities Division, the agreement mandates strict adherence to DLA master lists for technical and quality requirements, including specific packaging standards and inspection and acceptance protocols at the point of origin. Quality assurance must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 sampling plans, with a general requirement for zero non-conformances in sample lots. The contract contains significant regulatory restrictions regarding the handling of technical data. Because the item is subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, technical data cannot be exported or disclosed to foreign nationals without prior authorization from the Department of State or Department of Commerce. Access to this data is limited to DLA contractors who possess an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and have completed the required export-control training and questionnaires.
