Solicitation # N0010426RYA49
This firm-fixed-price solicitation, issued by the Navsup Weapon Systems Support Mech, is for the manufacture and supply of OE-538 Outboard Cable Assemblies for use on Navy submarines. The procurement requires the contractor to adhere to specific design and manufacturing standards, including Sippican Drawing D248895-1 Rev F and DGO Drawing 1155130-114, as well as NAVSEA S9320-AM-PRO-020/MLDG and S9320-AM-PRO-030/MLDG. The contractor must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001 and follow strict marking and packaging standards, including MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-2073-1. The government intends to make a single award based on a best-value determination, where past performance is weighted more heavily than price. Evaluation will include risk assessments from the DoD Supplier Performance Risk System regarding item, price, and supplier risk. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and, if not already an approved source, must submit documentation per the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure. Invoicing and payment will be processed electronically through the Wide Area Workflow system. The solicitation is unrestricted, and the deadline for the submission of offers is November 2, 2026.
