THIS IS A SOURCE CONTROLLED ITEM WHICH MUST BE MANUFACTURED AND TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITED LIMITED RIGHTS DATA. THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT PROVIDE THE DATA.
