A solicitation will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 6150-01-521-3510, a Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are currently only three approved sources of supply: Camp Noble, Inc. CAGE 002L0, Rockwell Collins, Inc. CAGE 13499, and DCX-Chol Enterprise, Inc. CAGE 27456. The Estimated Annual Quantities (EAQ) are as follows: Base Year EAQ: 3,380 each; Option Year EAQ: 3,380 each. FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Origin; Delivery 323 days ARO. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) and a government Form, Fit, and Function Test are required. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
