Only offers from SDVO small businesses will be considered. Offers from FPI/UNICOR will also be considered in accordance with FAR 8.602(a)(4) and FAR 19.504. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) based on the estimate annual demand of 943 ea.; firm fixed price for a base year and a four years option period. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
