NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT TEMPLATE1. This Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) is issued pursuant to Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60HN-16ELEC, and covers a requirement for 900 cable trays to be delivered to the Guy-Favreau Complex in Montreal and installed under the work surfaces on floors 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 (875 units), and in local 103 (25 units).2. This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada.3. This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement. 4. The bid solicitation is also open to suppliers who are not Supply Arrangement (SA) holders. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60HN-16ELEC and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS - https://buyandsell.gc.ca/policy-and-guidelines/standard-acquisition-clauses-and-conditions-manual). Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority.5. There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
