This is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the provision of Cable or Satellite Television Services for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Sandstone, Minnesota. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 515210 (Size Standard: $35.5 million in annual revenues). The contractor shall furnish service connected to the existing institution wiring. The facility currently has 141 outlets in several different locations. The contractor will be responsible for providing additional units or outlets in the future if needed. If additional units are needed, payment will be adjusted to reflect an increase. The contractor must be able to provide 24 hour services at no additional cost. The contractor will ensure that all licenses and agreements which are necessary to provide these programming services are obtained prior to providing services. The response date for the market survey is December 18, 2013. No telephone requests or written requests for the Market Survey Questionnaire will be accepted.
