NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The signed sole source justification will be posted at award. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers intends to make a non-competitive award to Pvt Networks Incorporate 4011 West Main, Artesia, NM 88210. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). The NAICS code is 515210. PSC code is DG11.
