Post: 23 September 2015 Response Date: 30 September 2015 Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Cable Television Services, Fort Sill, Oklahoma Notice Type: Notice of Intent/Synopsis Synopsis: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Cable Television Services The appropriate NAICS code is 515210 with a size standard of 750 employees. Payment will be made monthly in arrears using Government Purchase Card. Requirement is for continuing services of Cable Television service connections for the Fort Sill installation. Fort Sill intends to award a non-exclusive BPA to Classic Cable of Oklahoma, Inc. DBA Suddenlink. The BPA will be issued against and will incorporate the terms and conditions of the non-exclusive franchise agreement issued to Suddenlink, and will be for a period of five (5) years. The franchise agreement is issued by IMCOM, DMWR, San Antonio, TX, and is administered by Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES). The franchise agreement provides the terms under which the Company is granted a nonexclusive, revocable, privilege to engage in the provision of a Cable Service for all US Army Installations and service locations, to include family housing, on Ft. Sill, Oklahoma ("the Installation" or "Franchise Area"). Services are to be provided to all residents of the Installation that request service, to include appropriated and non-appropriated funded subscribers. No additional Cable Television System operator shall provide service on the Installation without a franchise and any such additional franchise will contain the same or similar rights and obligations as contained in the current franchise agreement. The current infrastructure on Fort Sill has the capability to support one cable provider.
