AI Contract Overview
The 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is seeking a software license solution that integrates flying hours management with fuel management transactions to support the 55th Operations Support Squadron. The contract is intended to be awarded as a sole source to Infinite Technologies Inc., the exclusive developer and provider of the CAFDEx Flying Hours Management Program (FHPM) and the CAFDEx Fuel Transaction Management Program (FTPM). These proprietary programs are uniquely tailored to meet the specific operational and data requirements of the 55th Wing, including operating within a secure web-based .MIL cloud environment authorized for Department of War data. Though the Government plans to award the contract without competition under NAICS code 541519, interested and capable entities are still invited to submit capabilities statements and detailed alternative solutions for consideration. Responsiveness will be determined by subject matter experts based on whether the proposed solutions satisfy the Government’s stated needs. Responses must be submitted by May 19, 2026, to the designated point of contact at Offutt AFB. This approach ensures that while the Government intends to limit competition to Infinite Technologies Inc., it remains open to evaluating viable alternatives.
