Cali-Gold Exchange - Use Permit and Sign Permit

The Cali-Gold Exchange project involves the establishment of a pawnshop and the installation of a 24-square-foot awning sign at 3716 Sonoma Boulevard, Vallejo, California 94590. Managed by the City of Vallejo, the business will operate Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and will be staffed by the owner, Ali Hijaz, and one employee. To ensure operational security, the facility will be equipped with a secured safe, surveillance cameras, a monitored alarm system, and a bullet-resistant transaction window. The project is conducted within an existing building with no proposed modifications to the site or structure.
