LETTING LOCATION: Contracts Administration Office POSTING DATES: 06/03/2026 and 06/17/2026 CONTRACT DAYS: 355 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 120 Days The Improvements under this Contract consist of milling and resurfacing SR 61/363 (Crawfordville Rd/Adams St) from Arden Rd to Gaines St in Leon County. All existing travel lanes, auxiliary lanes, median crossovers, and paved shoulders will be included. Additionally, Gaile Avenue and Paul Russell Road will be milled and resurfaced between SR 61 and SR 363. The 10-foot-wide St. Marks Historic Railroad Trail from Ridge Road to Bragg Drive will also be resurfaced. ADA and safety improvements such as replacement of substandard curb ramps and sidewalk, pedestrian signals, and guardrail will also be included in this project. Utility adjustments will be covered under FPID 450811-1-52-03 and 450811-1-52-04.
