The Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (MHRC) invites qualified organizations, consortiums and individuals to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to provide project management services for a multi-site supportive housing initiative being delivered as a joint initiative with the City of Winnipeg (the City). This joint initiative aims to develop up to seven new supportive housing projects across the city, with a target for the first phase to begin tenanting by January 2028. The successful proponent will provide project management services to coordinate the development of these projects across the entire project lifecycle, from design and permitting, to stakeholder engagement, to procurement and construction, focusing on modern methods of construction.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
