Registration shall start at 0800 hrs. Industry Day shall commence at 0900 hrs. The PGS program is currently funded and is anticipated to begin in 1QFY26. The purpose of the Industry Day is to provide industry with the following information: 1) Complete system overview, intent, employment and operation as outlined in the approved PGS requirement document. 2) Provide industry the anticipated program strategy, and schedule. 3) Facilitate questions and answers to clarify Government's strategy and requirement. 4) Facilitate Teaming among Industry Day attending vendors to provide a full system solution. 5) Increase Government's knowledge of industry capabilities through vendor one-on-ones. DESCRIPTION: The PGS is a man portable integrated weapon system that enables precision engagements to rapidly defeat various targets in exposed and defilade positions with increased lethality and precision compared to current squad capabilities. The PGS will provide an overmatch to comparable threat grenade launchers in near peer formations in future operating environments (jungle, urban, woodland, subterranean, arctic, desert, day/night). The PGS consists of a weapon, a fire control, and a suite of ammunition which enables the user to engage targets in defilade/cover, engage unmanned aircraft system (UAS) targets, and engage close combat targets. GENERAL REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS Vendors desiring to participate in the PGS Industry Day shall complete the following attached forms and send them by email to Corey Woodson, corey.w.woodson.civ@army.mil, Polia Quiles, polia.m.quiles.civ@army.mil, and Christopher Bartow, christopher.j.bartow.ctr@army.mil. - Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement - RCDDAC Form 1350 - DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement Only one submission is needed per vendor. This announcement should not be construed as a Request For Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the Government. No contract or award is intended as a result of this Industry Day and/or one-on-ones nor does the Government intend to pay for any information received. Any response to Industry Day and/or one-on-ones is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding award. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. The Government will NOT ACCEPT proposals at this time. All travel and other associated costs are to be assumed by the interested vendor. This event is for Government planning purposes only and constitutes a request for exchange of information pursuant to FAR 15.201. Following the Industry Day, the Government plans to issue a draft PGS RFP for industry review and comment to sam.gov in FY25. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS 1. What can we bring to the Industry Day?
